Overall bullish time, 10:30 to 11:15 is neutral to bearish , while 11:50 to 12:15 is a sure shot bearish time.
Close levels are profit booking point. If the Targets are met, it can quickly reverse at Level 1 or level 2.
Levels could be +/- 5 to points off.
