IS this the time to start adding to some longs? Yes. And just be willing to be patient for a few months, let them consolidate and rest and continue higher. Is this the absolute bottom... PERHAPS, I believe so, yes

But more consolidation, sideways moves (which could cause some wicks or quick lower moves to happen but would still be buyable for the long term
