A TRIPLE TOP FORMATION ON THE 1 HOUR CHART SHOWS BEARS ARE DEFENDING THIS LEVEL. WE HAVE RBNZ STATEMENT COMING OUT IN A COUPLE MINUETS SO I WILL WAIT TO SEE IF THEY ARE DOVISH.
