look at the Chart
OOE have a very good potential for long term
but for this short period of time, i think bulls not happy yet, they just need collect more
So we can expect a downtrend to the 0.35
and then bulls can collect as they need, depends on that, we can choose our target
my first target is 1 and secend one is 1.6
