OXTUSD'S BULL FLAG COULD GO AS HIGH AS 1.18 TO 1.31 DEPENDING ON THE BREAKOUT POINT. BUT IF SUPPORT(.41) BREAKS DOWN IT COULD BE GOING ALL THE WAY BACK TO .21 (WHICH IS ALSO A GOOD TIME TO BY IN).
