Looks like it may pop the year long resistance line.

We hit a new LOW this year, but the RSI is not even in the oversold zone on the 2hr or 4hr. I'm not convinced. Just HODL. If you also look at BTC, it looks like it's getting ready for a reversal. Most likely will need to wait for BTC to reverse and then we can break this resistance.
