Possible idea for PBR (with oil sector) movement once breaks the 1.0 Fib Retracement.
Note
Currently in after-hours (02/26/2018) PBR is 14.75, making it regain the 1.0 Fib retracement. If this holds to open tomorrow we should start seeing a push (along with oil in general).
