Tagging the bottom BBs and what would be the neckline. Pro Blue Osc pointing down. I'm not short but I'd want to see this play out or invalidate before any long positions.

Found support at neckline. Hopefully this negates the H&S if we get a nice close today. I want to see some altseason get going and 
PEPE is a leader in the moves.
