$PESI perfect pennant breakout
This is a very low trading volume stock. Many people do not like stocks like this. But they sometimes explode in case of any significant catalyst. Chart formation is in place, time to make money. Be patient and do not use stops, MM's will pick it up. It is easy for them to do it in low volume environment. Good luck!
