Low risk for PTRB?

PTRB might complete wedging down once upper trendline is broken for reversal. Price currently rebounding from RBS and i anticipate that it would break the trendline, go sideway a little while and pushing higher to previous 52wh and subsequently ATH. Lets monitor closely. TAYOR.
