QELL = LILM in SPAC deal

241
QELL = LILM in SPAC deal. Electric aviation startup Lilium, a Munich-based company, yesterday announced a merger with QELL Acquisition Corp that values the combined company at roughly $3.3B. It looks to commercialize a seven-seat vertical takeoff and landing plane (VTOL), aka air taxi, for regional travel. This deal was made by Daniel Wiegand, Lilium Co-Founder and CEO Barry Engle, former president at North America's operations for General Motors. It's very speculative, with no helpful technicals yet, so I started my entry with a very low capital risk position just to have a little skin in the game. Do your own due diligence, your risk is 100% your responsibility. You win some or you learn some. This is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Consider being charitable with some of your profit to help humankind. Good luck and happy trading friends...
