$QQQ Breaking out or not?

With all the bank craziness around is 
QQQ going to be able to keep this breakout attempt or will it break back below and fail? Breakouts in bear markets rarely work out.
I am pessimistically optimistic :)

Weekly so far has a bullish engulfing pattern but the week isn't over yet.
