It is composed of a zigzag movement phase where we can observe at least two ascending relative minimums, corresponding to points C and D of the graph, (through which we pass an uptrend line) and at least two relative descending maximums corresponding to points A and B on the graph, (through which we pass a downtrend line). In this case a decrease in volume occurs along the triangle, in relation to previous moments. Similarly, the profit-taking zone is shown, which is calculated with the extrapolation of the PQ segment at the point of rupture.
