USD is likely topping here. Using historical evidence, all of crypto does increasingly well when the USD falls (DXY). RLC is no exception.

DXY hit a high of 105 and appears to be rolling over - now 103.4. A break of 99 lower would confirm a trend reversal in DXY.Note

I believe that DXY is topping (at least in the short term) at ~110. RLC is showing great strength against the US dollar and BTC.
