forget what I said earlier. been watching 
RLC closely, it's gearing up for something big. hourly charts are coiling up like a spring ready to pop, blasting towards previous highs, then pulling back just enough to turn that old resistance into solid support. with only 87 million coins in full circulation, it's like fuel on the fire for a massive run-up!
