Bottom pickers get dirty fingers.
While the bulls are still in town it is time to cash in profits. This rally from a false bottom will be brought back down to the long term lower trend line. Wait for true bottoming action to occur with low volatility and steadily increasing volume near the long term lower trend line and then build stock over time.
