No fireworks from
SENSEX since days!
No fireworks from
SENSEX since weeks, meanwhile!
That's why the original stop price was pulled up to 79,224.32 points last weekend. In order to at least realize a booking profit of over 10% - with this long SENSEX 4XSetUp. Because Indian stock markets are experiencing may be the worst Diwali in 10 years? The stock market crashed on friday, on October 25th, once again. The reason for the market crash was found by foreign institutional and portfolio investors (FIIs/FPIs) due to concerns related to elevated valuations of Indian equities and cheaper options available in markets such as China, as many different market observers write in numerous newspapers. The
SENSEX dropped as much as 927 to an intraday low of 79,138 on Friday, October 25, while the
NIFTY declined 325.5 points, to 24,074 amid a weak market sentiment.
Diwali is popularly known as the "festival of lights" and is observed incessantly for five days that kicks off in late Ashwin and concludes in the early Kartika month according to the lunisolar Hindu calendar. Each day of the festival is associated with six different principal stories. In North India, worshiping of Lord Ganesha and Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, is an important part of Diwali that signifies welcoming of prosperity and wealth.
Diwali is an auspicious festival that symbolizes the triumph of good over evil. Spectacular lights, firecrackers, irresistible traditional sweets and exchanging gifts mark the festival. While, the Hindus celebrate this festival to commemorate the homecoming of Lord Rama after 14 year-long years in exile and his victory over Ravana, for the people of Jain faith, this festival carries the essence of spiritual upliftment because it marks the achievement of Nirvana or Moksha by Mahavira, the last Tirthankara.
Heavy foreign capital outflow, weak Q2 earnings, US elections over next week, geopolitical factors (like eastern ukraine & israel), and/or valuation still at uncomfortable levels, are may be the reasons why the indian stock market is crashing, last days, last weeks? Maybe these are the main reasons why the Indian stock market is experiencing the worst Diwali in 10 years? Looking back, I certainly underestimated one reason. Namely the sharp rise in Chinese stocks at the same time as the Indian stock markets fell. This correlation has passed me by in the last few weeks. Although we also made some profits with
BABA at times. But that was pure luck! Such a steep and high rise in Chinese stocks was unthinkable at the beginning of the year according to the Chinese calendar, and a few weeks ago according to the Gregorian calendar. Which is why I also raised our stop price in this long SENSEX 4XSetUp last weekend - which was just traded on Friday, the 25th October, during the last day of trading. So we are currently out of the Indian stock market! Is that good for the Chinese stock market? And/Or but, is this something like an indication of the stock markets in our so-called West? As for the
YM1! where we also have a long YM1! 4XSetUp? Of course, I don't know! But this needs to be taken into account from now on at the latest! If, like me, you haven't already done it?
With best wishes
and with good intentions!
