Not all breakouts result in a retest, but all retests happen in a breakout.

A bit delayed - but the idea still stands. we need one last bit of selling before a squeeze up

Buy zone - LONG here with a SL of 2267.this could go as high as the 3600 area.

Lack of liquidity in risk markets leading to a shift. I do believe this is short term - in a few weeks we will see the real bull run.
