If SHIB can break this line and retest it or get a hourly close above it i believe it will go up.
if it fails to break line i will look for divergence and look to long.
however trendlines are subjective sometimes.
and if btc dumps this wont play out.

SHIB broke out with the help of btc. look for a retest of the previous resistance for a long entry if bullish.
