my bad - this is on a global scale from 2019 since data is difficult to get on an individual sectional basis. keep in mind that 2020 was both unprecedented in its "money" printing, but nearly obsolete in terms of wealth creation. Id imagine that 90% of Americas dollars printed in 2020 trickled down into our still-bloated stock market. Thus, we can make the derivatives section thicker and leave nearly the remainder the same.
