Note the RSI in the way oversold territory, each time this has happened there has been a large bounce in SLV. Expecting the same.

We have a breakout commencing! After Mnuchin's comments about a weak dollar - precious metals have been performing great. Expect Silver/Gold to appreciate even in a "rising rate" environment.
