Spx Yearly

Just for a point of reference. This is a monthly SPX with modified yearly Bollinger Bands.[20*12=240] I was bearish up until yesterday. But as it appears we are peaking above the yearly bands- as the saying goes: when the facts(charts) change, I change my mind. No idea where resistance is.
