More than 50% of the stocks in the SPX are now back above their own 200 day moving averages, and trending up, after reaching a low of nearly 90% below their 200 day MA. The intensity of new 52 week lows also seems to be decreasing.
Is this an early sign the SPX itself will move back above it's 200 day MA?
