S&P 500 - Rising Wedge Break - 3 Strikes Your Out?

Is this a break in a rising wedge pattern. Is this the 3rd and final attempt and it is 3 strikes and your out? I feel like the bulls could also try and draw a pennant pattern and look for a break to the up side.

Here is what I am seeing in the NASDAQ.
