Fed NOT backstopping Markets, creating Shatter markets into Apr

The Fed will most likely not be backstopping markets until the House spending bill gets a refresh in late March… keep watching for sheet cliff drops in markets, the Fed has created very dangerous market conditions when markets test highs.
