Confluence around 402/403 range

What I did wrong here was that I was supposed to be targeting a short put around the .618 area after confirmation on the lower Fibinnocci level pattern

Did not recognize as 400 level was hard resistence in a down trending chart, do not call bullish patterns in down trend
