Checking in and not impressed with the garbage they are doing today. It is a huge options day though and huger than a normal month. Congrats to Dan saying F** this... ill suck it up and enjoy the weekend. IF (I am just playing it fair and no, I am not thinking the markets bottomed even remotely and we are going into a bull market) BUT IF... there would be a higher high, a pullback for a higher low and then onward. I am down 2.5% SPY, 3.%% QQQ and over 3% on a newly opened AMZN. I am green on recent positions to though. Overall, I am down. Not happy but whatever.. I am in shares and not panicking or even worrying. The market will push the envelope as far as they can.. its what the big boys do. They want every blood sucking penny they can get. The markets are still a bear market till they arent and looking at the charts.. there is an enormous amount of downside to still go. Can't tell you what to do but I know I am not sweating... in fact, wrapping up the work day and heading out to do errands and some work in the yard. Ill check in over the weekend and see where things ended and whats on deck for next week. I personally am not sweating this. As one person said yesterday, playing the small time frames is a good way to blow up your account and stress yourself out. That could not be more true. I took CMG today at 1800. Yeah I could wait for a confirmation but my stop if I want it is 40 bucks above. I am comfortable with that position. I see this as the top for it. If not, I can stop out lose 40 bucks and see if it wants the level above. Either way, I size accordingly that I can absorb that and ill be patient. If it gets to be above that 40 bucks and looks like it wants higher, Ill take the 40 dollar a share loss. Ill be patient. I see alot of downside. Anyway... I think we are topping out. I dont see why we arent.
