SPY 1hr - $400 by end of next week and 3 day holiday weekends
OK lets chat about today/this week for a moment.
First, I am almost 100% convinced that
SNDL and 
TLRY and some of the other weed plays were nothing but pump and dumps by the MM's and big suits to get back at retail for all the 
GME and 
AMC stuff. I'm not trying to be a conspiracy theorist or anything - but you mean to tell me that we so quickly disappeared from GME and AMC and the two champions that made it out last were SNDL and TLRY? Come on.
"But Brad, the Biden administration is talking about legalizing cannabis nationwide and thats why its running." There is nothing in stone about it this time so I don't believe its exclusively because of what Biden and his camp are saying.SNDL traded over a BILLION SHARES multiple times this week. MULTIPLE DAYS OF OVER A BILLION IN VOLUME. Let that sink in - it's at the door it just wants to come in for a moment. But back to serious talk - How does a stock with that much volume, basically no halts, no interference from Robinhood or the other brokers, with EVERYONE ON THE INTERNET BULLISH AND BUYING THE STOCK AT RECORD AMOUNTS, how does that stock tank like it did the last two days?

Listen - I get crap all the time from people because I am a scale in and scale out guy. I have no problems taking profits and don't care if you call me weak hands or any other names. Im fine with my winning percentage and my wins being more than my losses - but even I was shocked by the sell off. Something else is happening behind the scenes.

SPY - $400 is coming. I've been saying it for a month now. It's coming, and I think it'll be here by Friday the 19th. That candle at 3pm today on the 1hr was HUGE. We never see that much buying on SPY at 3pm on a Friday, especially on a Friday of a 3 day holiday weekend. That candle was huge. Really turned my outlook around literally at the final hour.
Last bit of my rant - how do we enjoy the 3 day weekend as traders who eat sleep and breathe trading and live for the market hours? See my post on my chart but I can't express the importance of #1, taking care of your loved ones. Listen, if you are lucky enough like me to do this full time, say thank you an extra amount to your spouse and kids this weekend. That's what I do every weekend but I plan on doing a better job this weekend. My wife lets me sit in my basement, sometimes 14 hours a day, and never cares a bit. She lets me make my schedule around earnings calls and giving seminars on options trading without blinking twice. She sees me glued to my phone after hours, reading filing reports and sputtering off other forms of gibberish to her that she has no idea what I am saying, but she listens with a a smile because she sees me living out my dream and my passion.
Take care of those around you that let you do this. We are the luckiest people in the world to get to do this. Rest well, Tuesday we dance again.
