despite fluctuations in btc throwing the alt markets into dissarray, I think a buy of storj around this level is a good idea. based on the volume profile, it looks if there is a small push past the recent resistance, there is a bit of a ways to go before hitting the level at which many became bagholders which will let them sell at breakeven.
