Time to buy $TLT for a trade to $100?

I think we could see a short term rally in $TLT.

On low timeframes today, it looks like we've formed a double bottom and that price is bouncing off of the lower trend line. I think we could see a rally up into the $100-102 region from here.

My base case is for price to reject that region and then form one more leg lower before a sustainable bounce in bonds.

Let's see how it plays out. I marked off both levels to the upside and to the downside to account for both scenarios once price has broken out of the structure.

Welp the dip that I was expecting got bought up quickly back to the levels I sold. Want to see how price action shapes out tomorrow/Friday.

Welp glad I got out of this trade when I did. Bonds now sitting at support and to me, it looks like it's about to break this support and head lower.

Think we likely hit the lower levels before we see $100 now.

TLT will need to hold this level at $86.94 or so for upside. I still haven't taken the trade yet, waiting to see what happens here.

Risky trade, but still liking the long side here. I do think we can make it back up to $90 sometime in the next few weeks... Let's see what happens the rest of the week.

Okay, got the bullish reaction finally, but now I don't know if I like the chart for a long. After that move, it already looks extended on shorter timeframes and Ichimoku still looking bearish.

Maybe it does get down to 80 before a reaction.

Going to keep watching this.

Interesting, we sold off a little early this morning, but now it looks like it wants higher. Overall chart on higher timeframes still looks bearish, but maybe we do see a larger rally first.

I'm still holding off trading this, just commenting.
