Short TSLA (or any of the FANG stocks)
Short TSLA (or even any of the FANG stocks)
There comes a time, though not often, when you want to SHORT really great companies, even when they are built for long term success. Now seems to be that time.
I will look for entries tomorrow, hopefully my broker will let me borrow the shares to actually short TSLA.
I like short entries anywhere in today's candle range 780-870.
This is not to suggest any long term adversity to TSLA as a company or to its stock price, I'm just looking at the overall market for what it is. Downside risk is imminent and TSLA is overbought under the circumstances. Can't wait to accumulate TSLA again lower. And I can't wait till my Cybertruck order is ready too :)

Apparently those "times" (to short) come fewer and further between with stocks like TSLA. The Market has been a beast and I got this one wrong. Cover short at $699.11, though there was plenty of time to get out of this trade earlier had you been short.
Note
TSLA setting up again for a short... Teh better trade however, is to accumulate TSLA on its way down. I believe TSLA will trade back down under $600.
