UONE: Police Brutality Timeline
Timeline to correlate periods of social unrest due to the use of deadly force by police. Unrest due to political ideology (Occupy Movement) had no effect on UONE stock price. Periods of relative peace also had no effect on stock price. Riots that resulted from sporting events were not included in this analysis.
Note
Derek Chauvin, the officer charged in the George Floyd case was released today after posting 1M bail. The George Floyd case is back in the news and protestors are back out in the streets of Minneapolis.
