I've been watching for a while and I know it's getting ready to do something, but I just don't know the optimal way to play it. So I'm just watching for now.

Beware, selling after hours will cost you if there's no volume there. I mean you could drop the price singlehandedly by selling a few shares when the bid/ask is over a dollar apart. It would be illegal to do that on purpose, so don't do it.
