Condition for this setup: no closing price (on daily and weekly basis) above 24604.
Look at this mark for short.

MONTHLYDepending on how the global economy turns out, the black C at 12976.9 could not be completely ruled out. But it will take a few more years until that happens.

So far, the Dow has been running as expected. In April it should hit a monthly low ... let's see how far it will sink.
