This is what the S&P500 looks like today and my expectations
Why am I waiting for a correction? There is no more money in the market, savings and incomes are below pre-pandemic levels, all the helicopter money is gone. Yesterday I was still reading a lot about American banks, and here comes the realization that if nothing changes, China will win next. No matter how bad people feel about the social rating, although some are happy about it, and the CBDC, but the country's economy will benefit from it. There is less corruption, money can be handed out for its intended purpose and thus stimulate the necessary areas, there is less cost to the very functioning of financial institutions, much is abolished + cross-border expansion. No matter how cool it is in the U.S. economy, in its technological development, but now there is a turning point, if you run a digital dollar from the Fed, the U.S. banking system bubble will begin to deflate, if the largest commercial banks issue their tokenized USD, it will not change anything and yuan will become more attractive for investors and world central banks as a reserve currency.
The logic is, if there is a digital dollar from the Fed, then the banking sector bubble needs a conflict in Taiwan or a similar Black Swan to write off all failures as force majeure, or to try to buy off the fall and make good money on it for their holes. If you don't fall now, how do you fall later? We need to start the USD printing press in the summer! I don't see any other options yet.
