There we go, VIX and VVIX went green in our model. With VIX low end at 20, and other catalysts are confirming to the idea of S&P500 being overbought here. It is in a bearish trend nonetheless, but is it too early to short? Selling the top is same as buying the dips, but shorting is more complex for my feeble brain to understand completely in risk perspective. Anyways, many indices are bearish which includes DAX, Nasdaq100 etc. and Russel2000 is humbly showing the impending "crash". I will not be buying S&P500 here, but I might short it incrementally starting when VIX hits 21.
