QM set-up (Head and shoulder also you can see) and accumulation was happened and price react to POC level nicely now it will go for liquidity higher than the POC level.
I have marked to Area to watch depend on volume of liquidity Market maker decide which one is worth to push the price there.
I personally looking at first level to go short!
