USDILS forming falling wedge(pennant)
For more than 600 days(that's 2 years approx.), USDILS was on a huge downtrend, this is a very long time to be on the downside, so, after that we saw a little bottom that reversed the chart.
In terms of the present, it formed a pennant which makes us expect upside movements.
