I suspect UJ is in phase B of accumulation for the markup phase of Volume spread analysis.
I have see mass buying on the lows past few days indicating banks have been using bad news to buy for cheap.
Banks are getting ready to Launch UJ.
UJ has broken the .618 but thats is expected for a wykoff spring.
Both short and long term targets on chart.
