usdt.d dominence works opposite to price of the market meaning people takes out money from the market and stay in usdt. if usdt.d increase market falls and if this elliot wave count is right we may see btc at 22 k .everything is possible .personally I dont feel we are going below 39400 but anything can happen in crypto .its one of the scenario that can play out .
