Looking at 10-MA vs 30-MA we are positive and stochastic as well. The key for strong uptrend is 14.23-14.28.
Strategy still BUY 13.25-13.65 for move to 15.50-16.50 in short-term. I know its a slow market and both ends are controlled for now.
