Is it finally time to buy? BULLISH $USO
USO for the first time since the pandemic started is above the 55 ema. Futures looking better and good news came out this weekend. Ticker created a rising channel which is technically bearish, but if it can break to the upside then I expect some major moves to come in this week. I'll be watching this one.
