Clear break required of 39 and of 40 level. Otherwise risk to break below 32 and 30 will remain high.
Break of 40 will KOOL down bears and bulls will rule for more high towards 45 and towards 51.

Note
Break of 37 will give more conviction that this setup is in process. I am short!!
