16/09/2017 Article on OPEC cutting output. Letter C in OPEC stands for cooperation. I worked with and lived amidst these people for 22 years. There is no custom or understanding of that word.
I draw this - fundamentals are inseparable from wave principle.
The problem is - access to information - those who know don't tell and those who tell don't know.
