As you can see, USOIL value has increased since the end of 2020 and it has reached 65$. The commodities price action shows Bearish Divergence with MACD.
USOIL retraces to Fibonacci 38% and Fibonacci Golden Zone and if they support, then bounces from them, hence the price moves toward the levels of 65.83$ and 76.00$ and ultimately the higher levels which are specified.
