BEFORE YOU READ THIS PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT CORRELATION DOES NOT MEAN CAUSATION!
The only way you can do this is by overlapping the charts. You cannot see this unless you do that.
This shows some correlation between XRP and OIL traders. You can call me crazy but thats what makes me successful. Looking for things that aren't common.
Something I found here interesting I wanted to share was that when USOIL and XRPUSD consolidate and wave back and forth you will notice both will rise and fall together when they show similar structures in market direction. Nothing is exact but it will be "similar" in distribution and accumulation and the movements seem to happen every other month.
I made this analysis idea on the monthly so that people can view it on a 2 month basis and follow this overlap. The point of this idea is for you to see how the big players who play in oil and xrp swap their assets to make money both ways.
You will notice similarities on the daily structures as well. Again..not exact because history doesn't repeat but it sure does rhyme. This idea can give off probably 2 strong signals a year if we continue to see similar trade structures develop as DA's and XRP grows.
If XRP truly is the digital oil for the new asset classes a $100 dollar XRP isn't as ridiculous to speculate as some naysayers think.
Obv it can take years or happen in a matter of less than a decade. We will truly know soon enough in the next 2-3 years. 2020 - 2021 chart structure will be important for us up to 2030 as we watch XRP grow and regulation wraps up these last 2.5 - 3 years. We are year 2 into regulation. 4-5 years was the completion outlook by the SEC and CFTC. It is also just long enough for every large corporation and bank to build their block chain ledger systems.
As always traders. Be safe. manage risk. Think outside the box. Take this idea for fun and for possibilities.
Note
JAN * - MAR 2020 correlation not JUN sorry everyone typo!
