USOIL and XLE - another sector to watch

All in the video. We're at a precarious level in both OIl and XLE and I believe it may breakdown or be saved very soon. Keep in mind nothing is actionable yet. I will update this when I see evidence either bullish or bearish. Right now I lean bearish but I have not seen a breakdown just yet.

OIl not coming down, over 74 and it starts looking like it's going to be saved again from these levels. Note

hey saved oil again. 70 level is extremely important for bulls.
