Can VPLM Get To $.12 ?

We have a nice descending wedge but is also part of a larger bull flag from which I have extrapolated the $.12 target. You might even note an inverse Adam and Eve in there too. Nothing is guaranteed but we do have positive court news and some promising lawsuits.
