WAXP just finished a rounded bottom formation.
I am putting my target to around .24, but it has a much higher potential.

I should mention that I believe this will happen after an initial dip to around the upper .16 - .17. The pennant seems to be moving that way.This dip would also go a long way in forming nice little handle.
I'm new to this, so constructive criticism and critiques are welcome

Well, the dip didn't happen, so there it goes.Trade closed: target reached
