Silver in a multi month channel.

Will it make a dash to the top of the channel ? Silver has been bouncing off the lower rail for the past few months and is expected to make a run to 27 USD .. if it breaks the upper rail it can garner steam to a quick 30.
Note
Silver is reaching the upper rail and needs to break through it for the next higher level ..
